Do you provide contents insurance?

Currently, we do not offer contents insurance. This means that the items stored in your container are your responsibility to insure.

Who has access to my self storage unit?

Only you have access to your shipping container. You are required to provide your own lock, ensuring maximum security. Each container is fitted with a lock box, which requires a specific type of lock for added protection.

How much will it cost to rent a shipping container?

The rental price for a 20ft shipping container is $300 per month (Inc. GST). A $300 security deposit is also required before access to the facility is granted. This deposit will be refunded upon move-out, provided the container is returned in its original condition and all outstanding rent is paid.

What are the dimensions of a shipping container?

The 20ft shipping container measures 6m (L) X 2.4m (W) X 2.6m (H).

What is the minimum storage period?

The minimum rental period is one month. If you require a shorter rental period, please contact us at 0499 202 019.

How much notice do I have to give before moving out of my container?

A 30-day notice is required before vacating your storage container.

What happens after I book online?

Once you complete your online booking, sign the agreement, and make the initial payment (security deposit + first month's rent), you will receive a copy of your signed storage agreement via email. Your PIN code for the gated entrance will be sent to you before your scheduled move-in date.
